We do not issue refunds for non-tangible irrevocable goods ("digital products") once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. Please note that all registrations for non-tangible irrevocable goods are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows.
If you are unable to attend the workshop after registering, you may transfer your registration to another individual. To request a transfer, please contact us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time of the workshop.
